Expatrio issues need help
I am a student in germany and I've lived here since Oct 2024, to renew my residence permit recently i hade to make a blocked account to provide financial proof, i did this through Expatrio, however since i am not a new student coming to germany i do not need a visa nor am i applying for one, yet during the verification process to access my blocked account i had to upload a visa (which was denied of course since it expired in 2025) and now my application has been glitched on the verification process for the last 2 weeks with no change and no way to access my money.

I contact the support via email since there is no phone number and no help or answer the entire last week, I need my money URGENTLY and this is unacceptable, i got my confirmation on 25.05 its been 20 days and i still cant access my funds.

I need help from anyone who has had a similar issue who can tell me what to do or who i should contact here.
