I've joined Accenture in april 2023, at CL11, since then I'm performing well, my client is also happy with me and I've got multiple appreciation mails from the client in last 3 years.
I am at CL11 for 3 years(37 months) now, and was due promotion this Cycle.
My people lead tried very hard this time for my promotion, but I didn't get any promotion and no hike as well, when I confronted him, he was also shocked to see the result as he was confident that I'll be getting promotion with a good hike.
Now, he told me that he'll check this with SM and HR.
As we've discussion window from 29 may -4 june, I just want to understand from the leads, are there any chances that I can get atleast a good hike now, as my people lead is also not satisfied with the result and he's trying to take this case to SM and HR?
Anyone faced this situation earlier, if yes, what was the outcome?
I should wait for the best or simply resign and look for some better opportunities outside ?
