Earring

Earring

Lost my earring crowd surfing Chevelle. It’s hollow so it’s worthless but means everything to me. Please let me know if you have it 🥹 it’s a rose gold hoop w a hammered pattern.

Okay here’s the entire situation
Background:
- natty gym rat
-creatine, hair skin and nails, probiotics and pre workout only
-120-160g protein a day w only one serving of whey (rest comes from Whole Foods & meat)
-25 F
-5’6 & 145lbs
-I almost never drink alcohol and I do not use or take any prescriptions or recreational drugs
- I’ve lost 130lbs over the last 3 years, 80 of which I lost naturally over the last year

  1. 2-3 months ago start having excessive bloating, gas, fluid retention - I thought I was just a lil sick
  2. 2 months ago I start having issues passing my BM. Weird for me. I’m like clockwork. Never constipated cuz I drink so much water.
  3. 1 week ago I have what feels like a gallbladder attack. Ribs on fire, shoulder blades on fire. Everything’s bad. Go to ER. Pain goes away & I get scheduled for ultrasound. I come home and have another attack about 4-6 hours later. Nothing since.

I thought it was cottage cheese, or the monsters I drink, or my pre workout. I wasn’t sure. Creatine even. I stopped it all. Like I said. Still no attack. I’m eating like normal this week, except I’m just done w energy drinks forever. Haven’t taken my creatine. But I’m back at the gym. Taking pre workout.

Ct: Periportal edema
Ultrasound: no gallstones. Just a small build up of “floating debris”
HIDA: Normal gallbladder ejection fraction @ 71%
High chloride @ 109
Low potassium @ 3.2
AST high @ 38
ALT high @ 39
monocytes relative low @ 1.9

These are my only results that appear abnormal according to doc

What could be wrong with me? That pain was genuinely the worst thing I’ve ever felt. Almost like someone poured gas on my ribs and lit it on fire. It would wrap all the way around to my shoulder blades. Every time I eat my stomach is bubbling for hours after. Super gassy like almost 24/7 unless I skip a meal.

In theory. If I wanted to stack the tulip head semi mount like the stack pictured, which head style would allow my flat band to cozy up next to the engagement ring? The cathedral or the standard?
