Hi,

I’m planning to start a Master’s at TU Wien in the Summer Semester 2027 and would like to apply for a student room starting February 1, 2027.

I’m currently finishing my Bachelor’s degree in another EU country and will graduate in September 2026. Right now, I can only provide my current transcript of records. I’ll apply to TU Wien around September–October 2026.

Can I upload my current transcript now and provide the TU Wien admission letter later?

Also, if I don’t receive the admission letter before February 1 due to the evaluation process, would proof that I submitted my application be sufficient for moving in, with the admission letter provided later once issued?
