Would an electronically filled out and signed bill of sale for a vehicle be legal and valid and usable to register it to a new owner? As far as I know, any digitally signed document is considered valid these days point blank period, but since it's Sunday I can't call anywhere to ask

A study in 2015 took 194 people with agoraphobia. They subjected 96 of them to a 1 week high intensity exposure program that involved a LOT of time outside and assumingly also high difficulty exposures. They subjected the remaining 98 to a standard 12 week program. Both results were almost identical

This study more or less proves that the more time you spend outside, the better, and that recovery speed is directly connected to how much effort you put in

While these specific people were using antidepressants and were not compared to people who do not, it's very well established that antidepressants will not cure agoraphobia and even this paper highlights that the fact they take medications is unlikely to influence the results much

It's quite funny to think about the fact that pretty much any standard agoraphobe without comorbidities could be more or less cured in like 1 month maybe even less

Got an eviction notice for non payment and it's just...wrong? They're claiming I owe them an amount that I am 100% certain I do not, they provided zero timeframe for arrears owed, and they're tacking on NSF/late fees onto the rent like I have to also pay those as part of "rent" or be evicted still

Can I contest this notice? They're claiming I owe them LESS than my total rent even costs, like even after these arbitrary NSF and late fees, I still owe them less than my monthly rent even is. That just makes it a fundamentally inaccurate legal document

They're also tacking those NSF/late fees onto the rent itself. Like it's mandatory to pay those fees, or they will still proceed under the pretense that I did not pay my rent. I'm not sure if that's legal or not. If my rents paid my rents paid, they could fight me for those fees but they can't argue that I didn't pay rent if I did

There is a clause in my lease about a $25 per day late fee, but in practice I doubt they can actually enforce that as "rent" and that still doesn't undo the fundamentally inaccurate accounting here

There's a difference between an eviction for substantial breach, and an eviction for non payment

They also only sent this notice via email. There is a clause in my lease that states we can use email for "documents related to the tenancy" but there is no absolute consent for termination notices or anything of that sort, which I believe means they should have sent this notice via mail or physically delivered it to me

They also just did not provide any timeframe for these mysterious figures that I apparently owe. It's just vague "unpaid rent" without any breakdown. Could be January, could be March, could be October last year, I couldn't tell you. That, alongside the fact that they're just throwing random inaccurate numbers at me, has me very confused

Can I contest this notice? I'm not just throwing random money at them if they can't even get their numbers right so if they wanna play stupid games we can play stupid games
