What do I tell my Orthodontist to get MARPE?

So im a 18yr M, and I recently went to an orthodontist and explained that I have trouble breathing from my nose. In reality, i just have a narrow jaw (which the ortho also agreed) and I have a scalloped tongue and smile lines. I dont seem to have any real breathing issues which really hinder my daily life (not that i know of) but i really want to get MARPE to expand my jaw.

After the ortho visit, he reffered me to a Otolaryngologist (26may), but in my referral letter he wroye that I have low orthodontic need. I want to know what i have to tell the Otolaryngologist so that he would reccomend me MARPE

So far i am thinking

\- Snoring (i dont actl snore)

\- Nose breathing issue (I can breathe fine from my nose)

I need a proper issue in order to be reccommended MARPE or else they wont let me get it. Any suggestions?
