How do you manage and keep track of your perfumery raw materials?

Hey everyone,
I’m looking to improve how I manage my perfumery raw materials and would love to learn from those with more experience.

I currently have a growing collection of aroma chemicals, essential oils, resins, and bases, and it’s becoming difficult to keep everything organized.

I’d love to know:
How do you keep track of your stock?
Do you use Excel, Google Sheets, dedicated inventory software, or something else?
How do you label bottles and record quantities?
Do you track batch numbers, purchase dates, suppliers, or expiry dates?
Any tips for organizing shelves or storage to make finding materials easier?
If you have a system that has worked well for you, I’d really appreciate it if you could share it. Photos of your setup or templates are also welcome!
Thanks in advance!
