No gpu is working in dell precision compact 3260

I'm Running i5 13600 in this mini workstation and thought of putting nvidia A2000 6gb gpu in such tiny machine.

But I'm regretting as there showing no sign of even gpu fan turning on.

Tested gpu in other system and also pcie riser is working with pcie to m.2 card.

I have seen in YouTube and on forum that people are using A2000 in this mini pc but mine is completely 😞

In the past i even tested T400 and gt 1030 that was the same result as this one

Is my mini workstation hardware damaged? Tried changing many bios but no result.

Please help anyone if know the issue.

In the past i even tested T400 and gt 1030, both have 30W TDP, which showed same result as this one.Using 240w dell original adapter. So don't think power capacity is the issue here.
