Progesterone Levels for TTC?

I just got my blood work back from testing progesterone on 7dpo and my results were 15.2 ng/ml. Many threads and research said that range is optimal for conception/implantation but i see a lot of different things!

I have been TTC on cycle #4 and have gotten all my bloodwork, transvaginal ultrasound, etc and my OB says she’s not concerned but I’m such a worrier :(

I also use OPKs and confirm ovulation with BBT using my Oura ring.

I do have some brown spotting a day before(sometimes 2 but mostly just a day) my period, my luteal phases are only about 10 days and my cycles have gotten shorter to 25-26 days from 27-30 so just been worried. I am also 29 turning 30.
