Mein kleiner Balkon

Ich habe neulich über Kleinanzeigen Holzfliesen gekauft, um meinen grauen Betonboden zu verdecken (hab nur 10 Jahre gebraucht, mich aufzuraffen😂). Ein bisschen schleifen und ölen und sie sehen aus wie neu! Jetzt gefällt mir mein kleines grünes Fleckchen noch besser 😀

My little balcony

I have been in my flat for about 10 years. I've always loved those wooden balcony tiles from Ikea but always kinda talked myself out of buying them. My balcony has a light grey concrete floor and I was finally over it! I checked our private resell platform (no marketplace where i live) i found the exact amount plus some spares for 40 euros. Miraculously they fit the space almost perfectly and there was no cutting required.

I now love my little green oasis even more.

Eisentransfusion Senbstzahler

Ich war neulich bei meiner Ärztin und habe durch Bluttest niedrigen Eisenspiegel nach gewiesen bekommen. Ich hatte auch vor 2 Jahre beim letzten Check-up niedriges Eisen. Mit Hilfe von Ferosanol ist mein Eisenwert in den letzten 2 Jahren von. 5 auf 15 µg gestiegen. Das ist aber immer noch viel zu wenig!

Leider hat sie mir dieses Mal auch nur wieder Fero sanol empfohlen.

Ich würde gerne eine Eisentronsfusion machen lassen, habe aber keine Rezept dafür. Hat das schon mal jemand machen lassen? In welcher Praxis wart ihr? Wie teuer war das?

Welcher Arzt?

Ich habe seit ca 2 Wochen eine Stelle an der Innenseite meines Daumens, die Druckempfindlich ist. Zu Beginn war ein kleiner Bluterguss zu sehen, der mittlerweile aber weg ist. An der Stelle ist jetzt ein leichter dunkler Schatten zu sehen. Eine Vermutung ist, dass da ein Splitter drin ist.

Ich selber kann weiter nichts machen, sehe nicht wirklich was, und will da nicht einfach so drin rum bohren.

Wenn ich damit zu einem Arzt möchte, zu welchem gehe ich da??

Guide trailing/climbing plants

I have several Raphidophora tetrasperma that are doing quite well where they are. I would like them to grow along a small bulkhead in my dining room. I bought some little leave shaped clips that have a double sided sticky tape on the back. Unfortunately that's not strong enough and they started falling off again.

What are you using to guide and hold in place your vines?

Geek and gorgeous retinal

I recently upgraded from A-game 5 to A-game 10. I find the consistency of the stronger product so weird, I cannot properly use only a pea sized amount and cover my entire face. It just sinks in too quickly and can't be spread without pulling my skin, even when putting little dots of it all over my face.

What are your thoughts on that?
