Got laid off this week - 2 wk transition plan. Cant think straight - top 3 things i should do to right now?

Hey all,

Title kind of says it all.

I was at this company for 5 yrs. They laid me off today due to 'reorg' - it's all really fishy and feels bizarre.

I can't think straight and am just kind of staring at the wall. It is so sudden.

Those of you who have been in this position: _What are the top 3-5 things you would be doing over the best 2 weeks?_

I am struggling to shift my brain into 'go' mode. I am all too aware that time is ticking. My nervous system is so disregulated despite doing the healthy grounding things. I can't stop crying. Figured I'd ask folks for some help to start generating a list.

First time this has happened to me.

TIA 💕

Lost job - now what?

Hey ladies!

Sr graphic designer here - working in the B2B SaaS space.

My company just went through a round of layoffs - guess design isn't important. I was let go yesterday.

Where are we looking for full time remote positions these days? I was at my last company for 5 years. Still in complete shock and processing, but I'm the type of gal who can only relax when i have a plan.

I have no idea where to start. Any help would be appreciated! TIA!

Found out i have REALLY low progesterone, lowish testosterone and out of whack estrogen recently. Went off yasmin 6 months ago in an attempt to figure out severe depression/apathy/PMDD/ unstable mood.

Well, lemme tell ya. Ouch. I've had more lasting joint injuries in the last 6 months than I've had the last 4 years. Also, muscle wasting, inability to make decisions, lethargy, electrical signaling issues, Gastroperesis is even worse now....

But hey, the depression is gone. That sucked.

If what im dealing with resonates with anyone here, did getting progesterone back to baseline help _anything?_

Or are my only two options never ending EDS hell or severe depression/mood swing hell?

Ain't life grand?

TIA!
