I'm a female founder who has just started a food product company and am looking for one intern to work directly with me ASAP.

MARKETING INTERN (2 months for now):

What I'm looking for (which is also what you'd actually do):

• Good at the Instagram game - post content using ChatGPT and Canva (free versions), run Ad campaigns and optimise
• Good at writing 1st reach out messages - reach out to cafes and bakeries via DMs and pass the leads to the sales intern
• Good with SEO to increase visibility on the internet
• Good with creativity or getting AI to be creative - you're in marketing so obviously
• Help in making sales brochures and other material using tools like Claude

IMPORTANT NOTE: You must be from Mumbai and willing to work with me in Wadala location at least 3 times a week initially.

SALES INTERN (2 months for now):

What you'd do:

• Reach out to prospects via Instagram, cold calling (don't be shy) and other means
• Travel around Mumbai to different cafes and bakeries to give out samples of our product
• Follow up on leads and maintain a database of them on excel

IMPORTANT NOTE: Point 2 is a non-negotiable. Someone enthusiastic and willing enough to carve their path out and reach out to cafes, talk to people, understand the whole system. You must be from Mumbai only.
