LOL i’m pretty ANTI AI but after having doctors brush me off & my test results always being negative i finally just decided to send chatgbt all my results & history

important info: my over use of probiotics & dealing with cyclical symptoms made me believe i caused CV (which maybe at first could’ve been true since i had high crispatus at 99.1%).

back story: due to initial yeast infectio) i was constantly over correcting by treating with antifungals constantly & boric acid, & then doing an overload of probiotics (plain yogurt, plain kefir, raw fermented sauerkraut, oral pill probiotics, & vaginal probiotics suppositories) i caused a whole n’other issue where i was getting weird milky watery discharge, then thicker runny yogurt discharge, & at times yeast like discharge, burning, itching, which still led me to believe i was dealing with a horrible and stubborn yeast infection (which i never dealt with). went to get tested multiple times, tests came negative, cleaned up my diet (mostly just avoiding added sugar & consuming large amounts of carbs) i started to add a salad to almost every meal yadadadadada. did full panel std twice with urine & blood tests, also did vaginal swab once inbetween those full panels (ofc months apart for accuracy) always negative. so whatever i started to do baking soda bath treatments i felt immediate relief & i even did 1 baking soda suppository which also gave me relief but later on caused a bit of drying & sensitivity for a couple of days.

Today: after monthssss of battling this, decided to finally just go to chatgbt lol, i described everything narrowing down possibilities etc, etc. long story short it narrowed down to having an overactive microbiome & tissue, also hormonal since i stated it’s cyclical. chatgbt reassured me multiple times, and told me to focus on repairing that tissue & also letting time pass by as my body rebalances itself. (especially because i did a baking soda suppository & my microbiome corrected the pH in 2 day! which shows my microbiome is strong & healthy & this is most likely not a CV issue). chatgbt recommended me a gel for hydrating the tissue & to only do it on my flare ups, so that will be my test run for the next couple of months, i will also start doing some yoga & pelvic floor exercises due to possible tense muscles due to stress & anxiety & overall just the overactive nerves, tissue, & microbiome. Also it states to not always over correct things because it’ll just do more harm than good. with the gel i will have to do it ONLY when i feel a flare up & to do NOTHING when i dont feel anything. & the body will start to relax & not overthink every little itch & pain it feels. you’re mind is constantly scanning for something wrong down there (basically like ptsd in a way lol) because it will immediately go to “OH YOU HAVE A YEAST INFECTION, OH THIS IS CV, OH THIS IS BV” you get the point lol. reassure yourself & look at the patterns, mine are pretty consistent every month. so now i will just focus on relaxing my mind, relaxing my body, healing that tissue & pray i will be back to normal in a matter of months ❤️ it is not an overnight fix, just gotta stay positive & hopefully my story can help someone.

did baking soda suppository monday (4/13), tested pH tuesday (4/14) pH read 6.0-6.5, retested today pH back to 4.5, should i do another suppository tomorrow? i feel like now my cervix is a little sensitive when i shove the sterile swab inside, & my vagina now feels dry & i still have remnants of the capsule inside my vagina..
