Started my Reta journey end of May. Down 20 pounds less than 2 months. I have struggled with weight loss due to hashimotos so this is very exciting for me.

Started my reta journey about 5-6 weeks ago. Already down 16 pounds. I have hashimotos and other health issues that have mad it really hard for me to lose weight in the past. I’m so excited to actually see the scale going down!
