I am on 4.80 and It is modded to rebug
I cant install hen and i cant connect to any server and it is ps3 slim Cech 2103b
it is my first ps3 so i don't know anything about it
I have debug mode on for some reason
any help?

So I got my first ps3 and I don't know much about it but i couldn't install HEN can anyone help please?
i am on 4.80 system update
and i have debug mode on
when i try i am on dex mode i get error 404 page
its modded i guess because it shows another name than ps3 in the intro
