Can this be sinus related?

Hello everyone. I've been experiencing a problem for about six months. I've always thought it was related to my teeth. I have pain in the back left side of my mouth. The intensity varies, sometimes mild, sometimes severe, but it never goes away. I've had X-rays and a 3D CT scan. My upper left back tooth has had three root canal treatments, in the last one they told me that there was one unfilled canal ejlcj was left and they made that, and they also opened up and cleaned the tooth next to it. When they opened the tooth, I smelled a very bad odor. Thinking the problem was coming from that, I had a completely impacted wisdom tooth extracted. There are three root canal treated teeth side-by-side in that area. The doctors I went to said it wasn't related to my teeth. They said I was grinding my teeth, but I didn't trust them much. So I went to another dentist in another country, and after an examination, he said the problem was sinus-related and that this was evident on the dental CT scan. When the doctor presses on that area inside my mouth, I feel severe pain. It's only in the back left side, sometimes throbbing. He gave me Amoxicillin and told me to use it for five days. I've been using it for four days, but there's no change. I don't have any breathing problems or nasal congestion. My anxiety is very high due to health problems I've had for the past two years and a thyroid operation. I don't want to have another operation and I'm very scared. I had many x rays tomography and I am very anxious to take more radiation for further imaging. Because of the problems I experienced afterwards in my stomach, I can't use every medication. Could you share your thoughts with me? Thank you.

Can Bruxism mimic toothache?

I have persistent pain in my mouth, in the upper left, back tooth. I had root canal treatment, but it didn't help. Then I had a root canal redo, twice in total. The last one was three weeks ago, and they said there was an incomplete root canal. There was the fourth one which the previous doctors couldn't see. It's been completed, but the pain continues. During this period, I also had my buried wisdom tooth removed close to the area, it didn't help. The tooth has been problemic before, had sensivity towards hot drinks for more than a year, although the root canal solved the sensivity, the pain never went away. I don't feel any pain when the tooth is hit. I feel pain when pressure is applied to the gum around and above the tooth especially by the doctor's hand, not the tooth itself. Besides that, I have a constant pain in my mouth, similar to a normal toothache. Sometimes the intensity decreases, sometimes it increases, never goes away permanently. When a percussion test is done on the tooth, I don't feel any pain when tapped. The doctor I went to claims it's not tooth-related and that the problem won't go away if the tooth is extracted. CT scans and X-rays show normal results, they say. It is located in a specific area. I don't feel pain in my jaw after I wake up. No one heard me grinding teeth as well during the night. She told me it might be due to teeth clenching. I have asked a few more dentists and they told me same thing, that I am clenching my teeth. Could this be really true? Thank you in advance.
