About 2 months ago, I ordered a mystery box from Culture Circle. One of the items I received an “Essentials Hoodie” — except it was clearly fake. The quality, tags, everything was off, So I legit checked it and it didn’t pass. I returned the hoodie immediately expecting a replacement, thinking this was just a one-off mistake. Later, I got a call saying I would get a replacement within 10 business days.
That’s where things went downhill.
Since then? Complete silence.
No updates. No proper responses. Calls not being picked up. I’ve been following up for an entire month and got nothing in return.
Now 2 days ago, I finally posted about this situation here because I was tired of being ignored. And suddenly today — surprise — I get a call from them. Now they’re saying they “can’t source the hoodie due to war.” and don’t have any timeline for when they can replace it.
That makes zero sense, because they are STILL actively listing and selling the same Essentials hoodies on their website right now.
When I asked to escalate the issue or speak to someone senior, I was straight up told that’s not possible. No transparency, no escalation, nothing.
So what’s the truth?
* They sent a fake product
* Took it back
* And now are stalling instead of refunding or replacing
At this point, it really feels like they’re just hoping I’ll give up.
If anyone else has had a similar experience with Culture Circle, please share. This is not okay — especially for a platform that claims to sell authentic products and works on such a large scale.
I just want either:
- A genuine replacement
- Or a full refund
But instead I’m getting excuses and radio silence.
