[AL] Company asking how they can compensate me.

Had an incident where armed people pulled weapons on my family and I. People were looking for something I delivered so my co worker gave out my information. They came to my address and slashed a tire on my car. Asked what compensation I wanted. Could I retire early?

Self drawn badly floor plan

How’s my poorly drawn floor plan. What could be fixed? What am I missing? Not really to scale because I would like to shrink the center area of the dining room and the adjacent living room. 1/2 bath under the steps. Steps take you to the 3rd bedroom with its own space. Can look down into the living room. Pantry is off the kitchen kinda like a butler’s panty. Pantry goes into the garage. Would a 2 car garage fit if I can get all this under 3k sq feet? Or would I need to go bigger. Maybe even a 3 car garage.

Is the ball in my court?

Recent had a gun pulled on my family due to a coworker’s negligence. As in strangers came to my home looking for something because they thought I stole it. The only way they could have found out is from my coworker. Of course police were called. Truth be told I’m scared for my family and my wife is scared for life. Especially when it’s time for me to return to work.(stay at home wife daughter at home for summer) There’s no way I can return to work under any of those circumstances. What’s my next move? Central Alabama

Gun

My family and I had a gun pulled on us outside our apartment. We’re ok but what are the next steps. Backstory. I delivered a package at exactly 9:49 am. It’s less than 10 minutes from the building and it was my 5th stop. Later on a driver called me saying it was his people’s house and they can’t locate it. Said I know I delivered it and that was that. Called again asking and when I returned to the building he asked. Fast forward to last night at 8p.m. I got a phone call I didn’t answer. Fast forward to today and I’m taking my son and his friend out to drive. Son said earlier a guy asked about weed and crack. See said guys and they kept asking and I replied I don’t stuff like that so I wouldn’t know. Especially on this side of town. We left and came back and of course my wife greets us at the car. The guys surrounded us and of course 1 pointed a gun at us. After explaining many times I don’t have it and why would you ship drugs with no cameras they finally left. Kids are shaken. Wife is shaken and worried about my safety. Hell I’m worried about my family’s safety as they know where I live. Son ubered home and told us the same gray car they were in followed them. Supes won’t answer the phone. And fuck my coworker for putting my family’s lives in danger. Anyone else have a similar situation?

Edit: police were called immediately afterwards. Problem is a coworker gave my information out which is what lead to this.

Edit: Talked to management. Of course they don’t care about the situation as I’m still expected to return to work. Wife is on edge. She’s a vet with severe ptsd. Walking the dog tonight was hell. Any sound we’re jumping. Every car we’re staring. Walking around our apartment complex carrying. Never thought I’d have a moment like this. Looking for lawyers now.
