Save or Buy Skins

Hi all, I'm an old Overwatch player that's been playing on and off for the past few months, and since I don't play that much I've never really looked at buying a skin with real money, but with my finals over I'm thinking about adding Overwatch to my game rotation, which usually means I'm willing to drop a couple bucks on a skin or two.

Right now I'm really enjoying playing Mercy, D.VA, and this new hero Domina. I already have a decent skin for D.VA and I know I'll be buying the battle pass to get Mercy's mythic, but I'm on the fence about Domina. She's the most fun to play in my opinion out of all my mains by a decent margin, so I'll definitely want to buy something on her, but I'm not sure whether to buy or save at the moment.

I see Domina's suspiciously desperate skin in the shop and I really like the alternate weapon skin, and I think I'll end up really liking it with the weapon variant colors like gold, but at the same time I'm wondering if I should wait until a mythic comes out for her.

I guess my TL;DR is should I buy Domina's skin now or wait till a mythic releases? And when would a mythic release, if ever? Thanks a lot in advance, I appreciate it!

I have a Spectrum home wifi modem connected to a TP-Link router right next to a wall, behind which is my PC. I noticed over the last few months that my internet has been very slow and spotty, which is a concern because I use GeForce NOW to play a lot of demanding titles. My speeds before looked like 90mbps download and ~15-20mbps upload. A month or so in, my speeds dropped to 15-30mbps download and 2mbps upload. Now, they've recovered, but my actual experience remains almost identical.

My first thought was that buffer-bloat had to be the issue, but after testing with ethernet and regular wifi WITHIN DIRECT LINE OF SIGHT of the router, nothing was different. When I move back behind a wall, though, my internet starts getting slow and laggy, even stopping altogether sometimes. It is also worth mentioning that my wireless AP has gone down altogether periodically throughout this whole time, which I know because I get this lovely screen saying "WLAN Connection Lost!". When testing on my iPhone, Android phone, and iPad, results are always similar to my PC.

I don't know a lot about internet and the inner workings, but I'll try to provide extra details if needed. If you all have any advice, please let me know. I'm currently burning $20 a month on GeForce NOW and can't play anything.
