Hi y’all. I’ve asked my provider in the platform too but curious how this is typically resolved.
I got my meds (yay!) but I think my dosing is off. Previously I was on 7mg a week and I said I wanted to keep my previous dose. I got four vials of 18mg which would only last about 10 weeks. I thought the order/what I’m paying for is for 12 weeks but I may be misunderstanding.
Any thoughts on how to resolve? Might have been a miscommunication on dosing but I could’ve sworn I put this in my intake - just can’t find any of the forms I filled out.
Would really appreciate direction if someone has had this happen before! Otherwise I could just take more and run out a bit sooner I guess but that’s two doses I’m losing…
Hi! I signed up last week and had an amazing intake with my provider (he really made me feel listened to and answered promptly in the platform!) but I’m a little confused on the actual med fulfillment. This might be because I had Apothecary and I know there was a supply issue, but how do we know when an order is on its way or being shipped/when to expect it? I have the invoice saying I had my monthly charge and I have the message from the support system last night saying they’d put in my order with the alternate 503(b) so is the next step waiting for some kind of notification in the platform or via email? Should I reach out to someone after a certain amount of days if I don’t see traction? Just want to be proactive - and also I am admittedly a little anxious as I used my last injection this week so don’t want to delay shot day toooooo far next week!
Also, not sure if I’ll get all 3 months supply at once; if I know I’m moving, do I just notify someone via the portal or via email?

My insurance continues to reject me so I have to make compounded meds work - found BEWL on Reddit and am looking forward to not spending 499 per MONTH on doses but also nervous about formulations and potency. My current compounded (from MedVi) worked so well I’m finally non-diabetic. (On 7.5mg) I have my consultation on Friday. Should I proactively ask for a certain type of compounded tirzepatide or from a certain pharmacy? I wasn’t sure if they just assign it! I’ll scour the subreddit but just looking for any support and tips before I have my appt this week!
