I made 2 Apple Pay deposits and they both got put on hold. I made a support ticket and the agent said they would be a few moments now 2 days later the ticket hasn’t been replied to at all. I have no idea when I’m going to get my money?

I’m getting the error code ENRL0001 when trying to re register for online banking any idea on what this means?
