Just got an OLED tv and love it and want to step it up with a sound bar, don’t want to break the bank, but still want some quality, I’m thinking 400-600 range? Does brand matter when it comes to compatibility? Thank you!

So I’m being told multiple things about when using sick time by different managers
I was told that sick time will be exhausted to cover as much as the shift can to excuse the absence. So if I have 8 hours for a 9 hour shift it will use all 8 to cover the shift and it will be excused. And if I had 1 hour of sick it will be excused as it is all I have. But I’m being told otherwise by another manager. They say I must have at least have half to excuse my shift. I’m a little confused, I tried looking up the policy, but can’t see anything about it, all I see is accruing it and how to use it. Not how much to use. I’m in Arizona so I am aware that sick time excuses your shift. I just don’t know how much to use to excuse it. Thank you!
