First post but long time lurker here. Just joined a big insurance firm in TL. Currently a month in, still in training haven't taken a call or claim yet.

Would love to know from all my soon to be fellow TL homies how is life?

How many claims do you have in total and how many do you get a day?

Any advice for a first timer? First claim experience?

I am anxious admittedly, this is my first big boy job. I want to go to law school so this is a stop in the road for a year or two but I want to perform strong and build a good reputation here nonetheless. What's the best way I can set myself up for success.
