MBBS grad thinking of taking up the CAT pathway

Female, General, MBBS (graduated last year), no workex apart from compulsory internship

about me:
took up mbbs coz i was good in biology.. initially it was all good, i like to read medicine but practicing medicine is not really what i want from life is what i figured out during internship.
after internship, started prepping for neet pg coz that’s the conventional path, but somewhere the future of practising medicine and the increasing number of assaults(both physical and mental)on doctors in our country really scares me!
that’s why i wish to pivot to this pathway, also coz i enjoy leadership roles.
i’m looking forward to any iim or iit or any good B schools with good placements.
pls guide a beginner!!
