We run a dedicated chat team for one established creator (no juggling 20 accounts). We're hiring an experienced Team Manager to lead 3 chatters, keep the operation tight, and sell alongside them. You report directly to the two owners, no layers in between.

The role:

• Lead the team — run one weekly team meeting (sales figures, chat quality, what went well, what needs fixing) and hold each chatter accountable
• QA & coaching — shadow every chatter's conversations weekly; keep chats to our GFE standard while making sure they're actually selling; train and correct where needed
• Mass messages — plan and queue a full week of MMs at all times (the commission on these goes to you)
• Collections discipline — make sure you and the team tag every fan into the right collection the moment content is sold, so nothing gets sold twice
• Scheduling — keep all shifts covered 24/7, approve swaps, cover days off on a relief pattern, handle changes with the team
• Sell — you work your own shifts in the DMs to the same standard you enforce
• Report — a weekly report to the owners every Friday/Saturday (we'll show you the format), and flag issues as they happen

The standards (non-negotiable — this is where the last person failed):

• Present and at your desk for your full shifts, shift start/end posted in team chat
• Clocked hours within 11% of scheduled hours — we track this
• Average fan response time under 2 minutes on shift
• Breaks posted in chat with a return time
• Illness/emergencies with notice are always respected — going dark mid-shift is not

Pay:

• $5.00/hr × 48 hrs/week — guaranteed base
• 6% commission on all your personal sales including the MMs you queue
• Up to $70/week in bonuses (best ATV $50 + response time/clocked hours $20)
• The path up: once the fundamentals above are consistently nailed, we move manager commission to be based on whole-team performance — you build the team up, your pay goes up with it

What we're doing: We consistently produce content across YouTube, Instagram, and X, a constant flow of both long-form videos and short-form reels/clips. The content spans a few different tones: comedy, emotional/deep storytelling, and high-retention short-form that keeps people watching. We need someone who can feel the content, not just cut it mechanically.

What you'll actually be doing:

• Receiving raw footage via Dropbox/Google Drive with a brief describing exactly what we need and how we want it cut
• Each folder will include reference examples showing the style, pacing, and feel we're going for, so you're never guessing
• Editing long and short-form content for YouTube, Instagram Reels, and X
• Minor colour correction and face filters
• Cutting to music to build energy and pacing
• Uploading finished edits back to Dropbox when complete

What makes the right editor for us: We don't just need someone who can cut footage, we need someone who edits with intention. The best editors make you feel something without you knowing why. Whether that's the energy of a fast cut, the weight of a held moment, or the comedic timing of a perfectly placed clip, your job is to translate raw footage into something that carries the emotion and vibe it's supposed to. We'll give you the references and briefs, but the ability to read content and make the viewer feel it has to come from you.

Software: CapCut is completely fine for most of what we need. Final Cut or DaVinci is a bonus but not required. Don't let software be the reason you don't apply. Using AI tools to support your editing workflow is fully accepted, work smart.

Equipment: We'd prefer you come with your own setup initially. For the right person, providing equipment further down the line is something we're open to as the role develops.
