Budget 75% hall effect keyboard

I looked and found the mars 75 but i dont knoe about quality, any recomendations? My budget is around 80 dollars ish

Bird not standing on his leg properly

My family has a euroasian jay we found when he was young and weve taking care of him. Last night he slept outside (he already did that multiple times its not his first) and some cats attacked him.

He doesnt seem very hurt or that something is bad except his leg is curled up.

Is there anything i can do to help him?
