Hey, I have been reading about people using carafate and saying how great it works, I tried to use it and dranked a total of 3 pills or 4 probably, the first time it felt like it was actually working because i felt some acidity but no burning sensation, then it started making me feel like acid was coming up my throat, I stopped using it because of that and also the crazy spinning sensation of vertigo and dizziness and now that I stoped, I keep feeling something in my throat and also a minty sensation in my throat, I had been going on for 6 months on omeprazole feeling really good but this thing made my symptoms worse, I never had acid reflux it was just burning in stomach and bubbling has anyone else had this happen with sucralfate?

Hey after one year from my cdiff run, I have been having bad gastritis since november, I feel really good on omeprazole, I can function really normal but if i dont take it right away i start going through it, i tried bland diet and it just dont work for me even if i take bland diet my stomach starts bubbling and i get a sour taste in my mouth then i get dizzy and nauteous, my stools on omeprazole are super good always consistent and nice color as well but as soon as i start letting go i get alot of gas and weird stools, is anyone else going through this or has gone through this? Is there anything i can do? doctor only gave ppis and wished me luck man it sucks I dont even care about eating crazy food i just want to be able to drink coffee
I have been having gastritis issues for 6 months, after taking omeprazole within a couple of days i started feeling better and even my bowel movements became well but i would still have this bubbling in my stomach no matter what, at first because i was not taking ppi I was really suffering and now as i start to come off of ppi after using it 5 months, Im starting to feel a burning sensation again but not as much as i did at first, it is not the whole day like before Still having bubbling in stomach everytime i eat something, should i continue using ppi or is this normal??
hey yall, i been taking omeprazole for 6 months on and off and lately i started to feel alot of nerve pain and dizziness and today im starting to feel confusion and mental fog also my lips are twitching alot as if i dont feel the bottom one for moments when im talking is it normal?? all i take is omeprazole idk whats i should do it does help me alot and ive tried coming off of it but i feel awful within 2 days
