so i have rank 99k and i am general male outside delhi. i got gtbit cse in round 2 and i think i will get bvcoe cse in round 3 but according to past year cutoffs i am getting usar in sliding round. so do i put bvcoe above usar or vice versa. also i might get msit it in spot round so should i take usar or msit it.

So my father has a friend and that friend has a daughter so she graduated from thapar and said that as her cgpa was 7.5 she wasn't allowed to sit in most placements so the placement percent is fake and like 100 ppl got placed out of 1100. Also she said tht the syllabus is obselete.And then after clg she got off campus job of 3lpa. So my father is now saying me tht ipu(bvcoe) is better. Guysss pls help.
