Banhammer plush not shipping and makeship not responding to tickets
our friend ordered us the Banhammer plush back in December for our bday, it went to ship out in like May and it’s been stuck in processing for well over a month??? it’s been stuck at ”order processed by shipper” since the 21st of May, my friend later on got a message on the 30th that it’s expected on the 31st yet nothing, it’s already July. we sent two tickets, the first one was responded by with an ai/automated response, I filed another one asking for an actual operator and it’s been ignored for almost a week. my friend also tried to send a ticket just to get a response “the plush is on the way!” a couple minutes later, I went to check again they different tracking sites, it’s all the same “order being processed by shipper” since the 21st of may
