Does anyone know if the Little Flock PD cooperates with ICE?

Yesterday I witnessed a Little Flock cop pull someone over. I have reason to believe that the driver was being racially profiled. He could not find something the cop was looking for (perhaps documents?) and the cop forced him to go through his whole car looking for something. I stayed to provide witness, but had to leave because of prior obligations. I am concerned that this man may have been turned over to ICE because of the length of time this "traffic stop" took. Does anyone know if Little Flock PD cooperates with the Trump administration? Is there anyone I can call to inquire about this?

Saw an open carry situation at Home Depot, is there a city ordinance against this?

I am unfamiliar with Fayetteville city ordinances as I haven't lived in city limits for a few years, but I saw a man OPEN CARRYING a gun in Home Depot on Joyce. This made me feel very intimidated as I was just purchasing some materials for a small home maintenance project. I know that Arkansas has very lax gun laws, but surely there is some sort of ordinance prohibiting this sort of behavior in Fayetteville? Is there anywhere to report this?
