metal jane?
i think my entire world would change if jane tapped into an alternative metal sound. i feel a piece of it come through every time she does her screams when performing

made this plate for dinner, looks a little screwed up, but was delicious
i am a college, 5’4 150lb female. in the next 3ish months i’d like to lose 18-22lbs. is this an insane goal? it would require roughly a 600cal deficit. i’m a decently active person, im in the gym 3-5 days a week lifting moderately and doing cardio.
i did a tdee and im at about 2100 a day, which means consuming about 1500 daily. has anyone had any success in something similar to this?
i am a college student who is currently trying to lose weight. i want to stay disciplined, but i also don’t want to miss out on all of the fun opportunities that come while being young and going to school.
will occasional drinking, while still being in a calorie deficit, actually slow weight loss? i’ve heard so much conflicting information and i want to hear from someone with real life experience. if i drink, say once a week, while still staying in my deficit, will i not lose the weight that i would if i wasn’t drinking? some input would be very helpful. i hate saying no to hangouts and experiences due to anxiety about weight.
edit: i think people are not fully reading this post. i always stay in my deficit, drinks included in daily calories, when drinking. i understand that i don’t need to drink to have fun!! i am asking because i enjoy it every once and a while!
i have a big fear of eating too many calories early in the day. this causes me to try and fast in the morning while i’m not ravenous so i can keep my calories super low. i ultimately end up going over my cals at night because i feel desperate to have the things i want but don’t allow. will eating a larger portion of my calories for breakfast/lunch help with my evening time mindset?? this may seem like a silly question but some input would be great. i want to try eating 3 larger calorie meals in a day, instead of 1 or 2 low calorie meals then self-sabotaging. im so scared of being hungry that i calorie bank which ultimately gets me nowhere because i still go over. i want to learn to be comfortable with my hunger.
