How to keep flanges square when welding in the field

I do a lot of pipe welding on industrial sites where flanges need to stay square to the pipe or the bolt holes will not line up. I have used magnets and clamps but sometimes things shift. I have seen adjustable flange alignment tools online on Amazon, AliExpress, and Alibaba where some are magnetic squares and others are clamping rings with leveling screws. Has anyone here used these tools for field welding? Do they actually hold the flange square while you tack it and is there any DIY jig ideas for odd sized flanges that do not cost much? I weld carbon steel and stainless. Trying to cut down on rework from warped or crooked flanges.

Using a mirrored jewelry cabinet as a window accent piece

I have a small bedroom with a window that faces an ugly brick wall. I am looking for something to fill the space without blocking the little natural light that comes in. I recently saw some wall mounted mirrored jewelry cabinets while browsing marketplaces like Amazon, Alibaba, AliExpress, and Etsy for storage solutions. They have a large mirror on the front with storage inside for jewelry, and some have decorative frames that almost look like art pieces.

I am wondering if anyone here has used a mirrored jewelry cabinet as a decorative piece next to or below a window. Does the mirror help bounce light around the room and make the space feel brighter? Also, do you have any tips for hanging them securely so they do not tip forward? I am trying to make a tricky window space both functional and nice to look at.

Where to find affordable replacements for tractor turbo

I have a diesel tractor that I use on my small farm mainly during plantation time and harvesting. The turbocharger is starting to fail. It produces lots of smoke and no power when I need to pull heavy loads. Getting an OEM turbo from the local dealer in my town would cost me over two thousand dollars which I cannot afford right now. I have seen cheaper replacement turbos on Amazon and Chinese marketplaces like Alibaba for less price . Some of them look decent in the photos but I am nervous about quality and fitment. Has anyone here bought a budget turbo for their tractor from these sites? I would really appreciate any advice.

Aliexpress vs alibaba for a motor kit build

I’m planning my first serious motor kit build and I’m stuck between AliExpress and Alibaba. From what I’ve seen, AliExpress seems easier for single-kit purchases with better buyer protection, while Alibaba looks cheaper if you know exactly which factory/supplier to trust. My biggest concern is reliability, especially with controllers and batteries. I’d rather spend a bit more than end up with overheating issues or weak cells. For people here who’ve actually built high-power setups, which platform gave you the best experience overall? Also curious if there are sellers you’d absolutely avoid or recommend for a first-time build.

Hi everyone,

I run a small business that assists people who source products from overseas platforms like Alibaba and Global Sources. I take care of supplier communication, sample coordination, quality checks, and shipping logistics so clients can focus on selling.

I’m currently trying to get more clients and looking for the most effective marketing strategy to reach eCommerce sellers and online brand owners. So far I have tried Meta ads and I get a few clicks but very few conversions.

For those who work with eCommerce businesses, what channels or strategies have worked best for you? Content, cold outreach, partnerships, or something else?

I would really appreciate your advice and experiences.
