Searched a lot in Bhubaneswar for this Amul Protein Lassi but couldn’t find it anywhere. Checked multiple Amul parlours near Jagamara too, and most said it’s only available online, but it’s out of stock there as well. If anyone genuinely knows where I can get it, please let me know.
Today I went to DN Regalia PVR INOX to watch the re-release version of Top Gun 1986 in Screen 3. Since PVR INOX is considered a premium and well-known brand chain, I honestly expected much better maintenance and overall quality from them.
The first thing I noticed was that the upper air vents were not clean at all. But the worst part was definitely the seating condition. Many seats had visible oil stains, food stains, and even sauce dips spread across them. Some seats looked like they had not been cleaned properly for a long time.
Another major issue was the smell inside the theatre. I could literally smell leftover popcorn and food odour from previous shows. It honestly felt like there was no proper fragrance control or odour management being used inside the auditorium.
Personally, I also did not like the screen quality or the audio quality. The sound was excessively loud for me. The speakers here genuinely felt too harsh and loud.
Regarding the screen quality, I know I was watching the 1986 version of Top Gun, but this was not the first time I noticed the issue. I had visited the same theatre earlier for another Hollywood movie, and even then the screen quality was poor. There were visible grains all over the image, and at some points I could even notice separate lining patterns on the screen itself, which made the projection quality look terrible. It honestly felt like the projector or projection screen was not maintained or cleaned properly.
As far as I know, Bhubaneswar has around two or three PVR INOX properties if we also count Symphony Mall. But compared to DN Regalia, the PVR Luxe at Utkal Kanika Galleria is far better in every aspect. I know it is a Luxe theatre, but it is genuinely clean, well-maintained, and provides a much better overall experience. The seats are excellent for the segment, honestly even better than many Cinepolis seats I have experienced.
What surprises me the most is that both locations use the same Decorbee seating company for PVR INOX seating setups. Despite that, the difference in maintenance and quality between DN Regalia and PVR Luxe at Utkal Kanika is massive. Unfortunately, the DN Regalia one feels completely neglected.

I played GOW with my Vivobook S15 OLED. IRIS XE AND I9-13900H. First I thought it would not run but surprisingly it gave around 30-35 FPS in 2K resolution. By lowering the the resolution also kinda doesn't effect that much to graphics because it's a OLED panel. In 1080p- 48-56FPS.
