High Resting Heart Rate

It hovers around 77. Before I started medically required TRT (140mg per week), and retatrutide (6mg per week) it hovered around 55. This is a drastic increase, and concerned that even though Ive never been this lean, muscular, had blood pressure and bio markers finally in reference range, my RHR is too high.

My hematocrit has also creeped up from 46 to around 51. My ferritin is low because I donated blood recently.

What could be the root cause of this increase? And how do I get it lower? I’d like to get back down to the mid 50s -
despite being on these compounds. I lift 4x week, and do a 4-5min sprints after every workout. I dont do dedicated Zone 2, but thinking I will start.
