This was only 4 days after hitting a new PR on a deadlift bar at 755, and then failing 800 twice. Really happy with how this moved given the fatigue.

Gotta bit too confident. lol
Started blacking out when attempting a 5th rep. Ended up in a six way tie for first here, as no split times were taken.
My bad on the camera angle lmao. Been seeing everyone doing sandbag to shoulder with the underhand on the same side as the target shoulder. Thought I’d try it out, and what do you know it works great.
