Wild one today.
Weighted kneeling Ab roller destruction
This ripped my abs to pieces, just this set alone after weeks of rising up the difficulty
I can do standard on the floor and knees for sets of 20+
So added the half ball for extended range and harder still can do 15-20
Can’t do any full on feet reps yet
So had to do this and I don’t regret it, people here always say add a bosu ball and weighted exercises, here’s one lol

Where are the leg press videos?
Hello fellow ego lifters,
Lately it seems like the most popular ego lift on this board has been the zercher deadlift. Indeed, zercher variations are an instant classic in the ego lifting world, and very effective at building the spine.
Unfortunately it's been quite some time since I've seen any videos of the quintessential ego lift, the leg press. Let's break down a few of the ego benefits of this beloved exercise:
- Can be loaded extremely heavily
- ROM optional
- Possible to use momentum to bounce the weights off the machinery in some cases
- The opportunity to use enormous amounts of assistive equipment (knee wraps, reverse bands, etc)
- Can be found in almost every commercial gym
What better way to demonstrate your strength and superiority than to lift over 1000 pounds+ for repetitions? "I lift a half a ton with my legs"
For would be master ego lifters, don't forget this beautiful exercise. Don't leave gains on the table. Lets see some more leg press videos!
