I am very nervous because I just had my first early dating scan. I am 5 weeks 4 days by dates, but my scan showed a gestational sac of 6 weeks 3 days, almost a week ahead.

Yolk sac was clearly present, but no fetal pole yet. Should I guard my heart since the gestational sac is so big without a fetal pole?

I will get labwork back this afternoon and can update then. Ultrasound pictures in comments.

UPDATE: HCG came back at over 10k... 😞

Anyone else feel extremely tired with no motivation or energy to do even the simplest of tasks. Right now I need to shower and I've been putting it off for hours...what the heck is wrong with me? 5 weeks 3 days today.

I have been on these Reddit boards encouraging others the best I can, but I have to be honest - I am a mess myself worrying about this pregnancy.

It has been 8 years since I have been pregnant. I have 2 previous miscarriages (one being a chemical and one at 7 weeks) and 2 live healthy births. I am 5 weeks today exactly, have been on progesterone supplements, and my lab levels have looked really good.

14 DPO / 4 wks: HCG = 186, Progesterone 25

18 DPO / 4.4 wks: HCG = 1286, Progesterone 28.5

Last night I felt a sharp twinge on left side. I have had twinges on and off but this was sharp and felt like something was pulling and it lasted a good couple minutes. Since then, I haven't had a good feeling about things. I woke up this morning with no nausea, no fatigue, and just slightly sore boobs. I feel completely normal today when before I felt like a zombie from the fatigue and was getting nausea on and off. Ultrasound is scheduled for Monday (in 4 days) but it will only be to check placement in uterus.

Has anyone had sharp pains like this and loss of symptoms and been okay? I'm so nervous I lost my baby
