My idiot neighbors are too lazy to walk their dogs so they constructed a small gravel patch next to the shared fence on the patios. They don't clean up the crap, so it attracts flies. Now I'M dealing with a fly problem. So, in their infinite wisdom, they just do constant spraying of Raid.

So not only do I get their cigarette smoke, flies and Raid mist as I'm on the patio, I ask them to clean up their dog shit so all this doesn't happen. I get called a Karen. I live in the PNW and we get about 3 months of decent weather, so I really want to enjoy my nice garden that I worked hard on.

Also, my garden attracts pollinators and hummingbirds, so I'm sure the pesticides are not a good thing for them.

I contacted the HOA and they just ignored everything.

Am I a Karen? Is there anything that I can do?

I stopped Zepbound a month before surgery, now I'm 4 weeks post surgery, so 2 months without Zepbound and 1 month no exercise. Holy cow, I have no muscle tone and nearly gained all my weight back. I'm holding off on restarting Zepbound til I can go full blast at the gym.

(I had a pseudo lift, so the arm movement and weight bearing restrictions are harsher).

Has anyone experienced the same? If so, please share your experience and advice!

My gym has red light therapy booths, I have literally been living in zip up hoodies since the surgery. I would love to get into a booth and get some skin exposure, but I can't lift my arms to put on anything and button ups aren't going to cut it .

Any suggestions?

3 weeks post op as of yesterday. When I yawn, it feels like my pectoral muscles are twitching. ( It only lasts as long as the yawn). What's that all about?

Has anyone else experienced worse tinnitis after explanting?
