GNG I GOT LIKE 91.4 PERCENTLIE WITH 116.1967 SCORE IN KEAM... ALSO PCM 261/300 NOT NORMALIZED(CBSE)

1.can i get cs in any colleges private Or gov through gov allotments or management quota

2.can i get chemical engineering in gec Or tkm?!

GNG I GOT 91.4 PERCENTILE OR 116 /300 in keam and maybe 270 in boards ...could I get somewhere thought merit for cs?! Or I was planing chemical engineering but wanted to do that from gec only for chem eng!! Is it possible?! Cuz I heard if you do chem eng should do it from a good gov clg ?!
