can someone please ID this hoodie? i believe it may be some sort of japanese archive but the stripes tell me adidas so maybe some sort of bootleg? only photo i can find but its so hard i need it

untitled - hype williams LP alt cover. 10 of the original 300 presses of this vinyl had a damaged cover, so they were given this alternative cover. this is 1 out of 10 in the world!
