is it important to have any certifications in graphic designing? do I have to do certifications for me to get better offers?

i got diagnosed with crohns in 2022. had a surgery for removal of infected part. i had fistula. 4 months ago had another surgery , docs removed the spoiled part of intestine. recently i had food outside my given diet and caused stools. those 2 days appetite reduced felt weak. today i feel tired, didnt feel like eating . my worry here is , is it normal to feel that way . or is there something i need to worry about. also i am not facing any abdominal pain. need advice:(

when a beginner graphic designer post their work , i have seen few asking what kind of problem are they trying to solve. So my question here is what does the problem mean here? what kind of problem are they asking about? what does it mean? please let me know

i don't know how to start my graphic design journey. what are the things i need to start? are there any steps to start that? i am totally confused. please help me out
