I’ve been trying to get in contact with support only to get a response from insta it’s a joke honestly about my order that has had no updates in 18 days just got the Ali express rep to say do you want a refund they are actually a joke I’ve been trying to tell them there something wrong with my order for days and now they use their brains to offer a refund it’s a joke of a company if they can’t get there customer service in a good place

I place a order on Ali express on May 1st and I understand that the holiday was on going so I expected some delay but now it’s concerning that I’ve contacted support via Ali express, discord, email to BTT with no reply. My order has a tracking number shipped on May 11th it’s been 6 days with no updates on tracking it seems like BTT just put a shipping number to the package so Ali express wouldn’t flag it. But this is more about BTT lack of communication I understand order can be delayed but the cold shoulder from support is not appreciated.

Mainly posting to try to get BTT attention on my order but also to bring attention to BTT lack support communication with customers

What pins does it use I know it uses jst for the extruder motor but I can’t find anything about the other pins I’m thinking ph pins?
