So from last 5 days i am trying to chat with meta Enhanced support about my other suspend account, every time it says page isn't available at the moment when click enhanced chat option. Now i was just trying to get to check the verified badge options on my second phone. Booom, Meta removed enhanced support option from the standard plan. It's only available from Plus plan. Even though my already subscribed profile says it's available. I am not able to access it. Mata is making everyone's life hell. They even doing mass layoffs now, So from now there will be more ai agents running everything on meta. And more account suspension chaos.

Been trying to get the subscription option for long time. Waited 3 months after meeting the criteria and instagram still not enabling the option. My account is clean and no flags. Contacted instagram help always told to wait few more days. Instagram priority help for verified users is a joke. Do not subscribe for it.
