total beginner, need help.

I used to think all this stuff was nonsense. However, over the last couple of months, I have started to wonder whether there might be things that I would previously never have imagined possible.

Telekinesis is one of them, so I did some basic research and decided to try practising it. This is only my third day, and I would really appreciate some advice.

I know almost nothing about telekinesis apart from what I have seen in YouTube videos, TikTok videos and conversations with ChatGPT. I also know practically nothing about other forms of kinesis, such as pyrokinesis, hydrokinesis or electrokinesis. I have heard that some people find certain types easier than telekinesis, but I have not researched them very deeply. I simply decided to begin with telekinesis.

I am currently using an aluminium psi wheel and practising for about 20 minutes per session. For the first two minutes, I sit quietly and try to relax. I do not properly meditate; I just try to make myself comfortable and calm. After that, I place my hands a short distance away from the wheel and try to make it rotate in a chosen direction. I did not notice any results during the first two days. Today, however, it moved several times, mostly in the direction I was trying to make it move.

Since I was using an uncovered psi wheel, and psi wheels are extremely sensitive, I cannot tell whether the movement was caused by my breathing or telekinesis. Some movements were definitely caused by my breathing, but I could not be certain about the others. From now on, I am planning to practise with the wheel under a transparent cover so I can reduce this uncertainty.

This week, I am also experimenting with a different concentration or visualisation method each day. I am planning to use only the psi wheel for the rest of this week. After that, I may try experimenting with other very lightweight objects, although I am not sure whether that would be too soon.

Anyway, here are my main questions:

What would you recommend that a complete beginner do?

I want to explore this subject because I find it extremely interesting. Until recently, I had never paid attention to ideas involving energy, meditation or anything similar, so I have no experience with them.

Should I begin meditating? Are there any concentration, visualisation or relaxation methods that you recommend? Should I continue focusing only on telekinesis, or should I also experiment with hydrokinesis or other forms? Are there any useful exercises, routines, books, videos or other resources for beginners?

I am planning to practise consistently for at least one month. I have seen some people here say that they noticed results on their first day, while others say that they practised for several months without seeing anything. Should a beginner reasonably expect to notice at least some small and repeatable results within a month, or is the time required completely uncertain?

I know I am asking a lot of questions, and perhaps some of them sound stupid, but as I said, I am a total beginner. I know next to nothing about this subject, and I am genuinely curious to see where this goes.

Thanks for reading.

[Routine Help] 17M fighting with blackheads, trying to set up a routine. Help please

Two months ago, my only skincare routine was cleaning my face with a random gel at home in the morning and before bed. My skin type is oily and that was enough to clean off the oil. I didn't normally have a lot of acne or blackheads; it was typical for my age. However, out of nowhere, I started getting way more of them. While they weren't severe, it was more than other people my age. So, I decided to build a routine and bought: Maruderm (a local brand in Turkey) 2% BHA Face Cleansing Gel, Maruderm Cleansing Oil, Neutrogena Hydro Boost Gel, and Maruderm SPF 50+ PA++++ Sunscreen. I even got a 100% Mulberry silk pillowcase. Every night before sleep, I first used the cleansing oil, followed by the 2% BHA gel, then applied the Hydro Boost, and went to bed. In the morning, I only washed my face with water, used a very little amount of the 2% BHA gel if my face felt very oily, and finished with the Hydro Boost and sunscreen.

I followed this routine for about 1.5 months. My acne decreased significantly, but I got a lot of new blackheads. Normally, I didn't care about them that much, but they started bothering me. I also typically get some milia on my chin and between my eyebrows, which my routine didn't help. Because of this, I went to a salon for a professional skin treatment (I signed up for a monthly plan to visit once a month). It took about an hour and a half; they did a great job, using some products I had never tried before, hot steam to open my pores, and high frequency. When it was over, they tried to upsell me on expensive services like Topical Care and High Frequency, along with high-priced products. Since I knew salons often do this, I refused. However, I thought those products might be helpful, so I searched online for more budget-friendly alternatives to the exact products they recommended and found these. I wanted to ask if these are good options, or if I am overdoing BHA since most of them contain it:

The Purest Solutions Anti-Blackhead & Anti-Acne Skincare Serum (Niacinamide 5%, Zinc PCA 1%)
The Purest Solutions AHA & BHA Red Peeling Skincare Serum (AHA 10%, BHA 2%)
Maruderm BHA Tonic (2%)
Maruderm BHA 2% + Tea Tree Clay Mask

I also researched whether I should buy a high-frequency machine, but I don't think I need it since my acne isn't that severe; my main complaints are blackheads and milia.

Now a barrage of questions:
Would these products actually help me, or should I look for other options? Am I overdoing BHA? Could they harm my skin in any way? Also, what do you suggest regarding my old routine? Should I keep using any of those products? I know these skin issues are normal at my age and that I can't completely prevent them, but I would like to make them less visible.

Please ask me if I should share any more details. Thanks.
