So I'm just curious to try out HYROX this year, ain't totally sure about it but just wanna test myself with a few months of training in hand. I'm 37, fitness enthusiast. So out of curiosity thought I'll try & look for a partner to team up, male/female. A female can actually give the edge to push though. If anyone plans to do so can ping me up.
Probably my first dvd, a video one lol, someone gave me this dvd around 2002ish, so me being a 1988 born this was an absolute blast, has to play this atleast twice a day, connect all the wires from my samsung player to the tv, red yellow white rca cables, press tv/av, then comes the visual...what a hassle but here's the nostalgia of it.
