How do I remove fax option from the printing dropdown?

Hello! Any help is greatly appreciated. I have searched high and low for a solution for this. I even removed the printer and did a fresh install. But the Fax option will not disappear. Even when I set the Print option as the default printer, the Fax option still appears. I am running Windows 11.

Gathering the "statement balances" from multiple credits cards

I have multiple credit cards. I consistently pay off the "statement balances" (not the current balance) each month. Therefore, I am building my credit history while avoiding interest and netting rewards/points. But it has become tedious to check each statement regularly in order to plan my payments each month. Are there any budgeting platforms that will specifically pull and report the statement balance – not the current balance? I don't particularly need to track each transaction. I am also not interested in setting up autopay. I just need a faster, automated way to gather all of my statement balances. I haven't been able to find a platform with such capability. Perhaps I am overlooking something, or just have a unique use case?

Edit:

From my perspective, the "statement balance" is not arbitrary.

Yes, it's a snapshot. But it's actually a snapshot representative of how the consumer can avoid interest. It's literally often large text and written towards the top of most credit card statements.

In addition, the statement balance is almost always given as a payment amount option. (eg, pay outstanding balance vs. pay statement balance vs. vs. pay minimum vs. pay other amount)

Yet there appears to be no way to pull the statement balance as a specific data field? How interesting...
