we're both 18f and we've been friends for almost nine years. we met in fifth grade, i was a fat kid so nobody really liked me in school. all her friends used to call me annoying so we pretty much distanced in middle school, but after i moved schools we became really close again.

sixth grade is when i moved schools, she used to send me videos of my old classmates talking shit on me. in the videos she would never really stick up for me, it always felt like she was embarrassed to be my friend.

my problem is now, she's hanging with someone who used to also bully me. she said not even a month ago she would never hang out with someone who i didn't like.. i asked her if she told the person who hates me that me and her are still friends and she said no it
literally feels like she's embarrassed to be my friend. should i distance myself??
