Hiring a video based coach

I do duo and triple lyra. We're working on a routine and have a few segments we're trying to connect. We're finding it hard to get a local private instructor because trying to get 4 people's schedules to align is hard. We're wondering about hiring a local (or maybe anywhere online) coach who we could send a few videos to to get feedback, suggestions on transitions and any other thoughts.

We have several questions:

Has anyone done something like this? Is this type of coaching a thing?
What is a fair price for this kind of service? I would guess there might be 3-4 videos, totally 10 minutes combined.
What should be our expectation of amount of feedback? Or how do we all make our expectations understood to begin with?
How do you go about finding a non-local coach? At least a local coach would know us.
What is a reasonable (stated) turnaround time? We're looking for feedback within maybe 5 days.
If it is a coach somewhere on the internet, how do we vet them?

White Mountain 1000pc Niagara Falls

Artists are Lena Pigariva and Pinkerton Road. It was a lot of fun and pretty fast. It is special since I grew up near there.
