Eye coordination

Been doing drills for accommodation dysfunction, divergence/convergence issues. I feel pretty good with these now as for the past 4 months I’ve made a good amount of progress after a head injury I had 2 years ago. The issue I’m now having is eye coordination which has gotten better but I still skip words when I read and feel like I can’t lock in as quick as I need too moving my head around quickly. Anyone have any advice or have seen good progress doing certain things to improve eye teaming specifically? I am 24m

I’m about 2 years out and am 24 from my event. I still get some weird feeling/fatigue sensory stuff if I lean on my left arm or if I do slow movements with left arm. I have full strength and mobility but I get brainfog from left arm movements a lot of times. Is this called Neuro fatigue? Also is the way to fix this by keep exposing it am moving left arm?

I believe this is either called accommodative infacility or accommodative dysfunction. I struggle with the ability to focus my left eye in and out of vision quickly, which feels like my left eye is lagging because of this. I have been in vision therapy for 3 months now. I have definitely seen improvements but I am not where I want to be yet. This is from a head Injury that happened when I was 22 and I am now 24, I had perfect vision before this and I still see 20/20 just now with BVD.

My question is are the main treatments to treat this is with flippers? I’m doing +2/-2 flippers on different charts to help improve speed of my eyes with red green glasses on as well. Right eye is definitely better still as left eye will get blurry after a while with flippers on. I’m also doing some lifesaver cards to work with divergence and relaxing eyes but man problems is left eye needs work on Quincy focusing close and far. I tried prisms and they did not work for me.
