It doesn’t seem like it’s going to be easy for Mercedes in the constructors’ championship, and I don’t know for the first time this season I feel like GR’s championship dream is moving further away. 🥲

Given the current administration, can I file H1B transfers from both companies and decide later which one to join?
I’ve seen people do this before, so I wanted to confirm if it’s permissible under the current administration.
Additionally, will I receive any RFE’s if both companies file H1B transfers simultaneously?
